About Matthew Doyle
Matthew Doyle is a digital illustrator and 3D artist currently living in the Baltimore area of Maryland. Matthew was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and lived most of his younger years in the small beach town of Rockport, Texas. He still considers the South Texas area his home, and tries to find time to go back there yearly to see family. He has also lived in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Roswell, New Mexico, Los Angeles and San Francisco, California, Phoenix, Arizona, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Fairfax, Virginia. Matthew met his wife in Houston, Texas; he has been happily married for 11 years now, and has three boys. He began drawing at a very early age at his Grandmother’s house in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and has been drawing ever since. Around the age of 19, he began to do digital work, and landed his first job in the game industry at the age of 26 as a 3D environment artist. Matthew’s favorite genres are Cyberpunk and Steampunk, but he also enjoys doing general Science-Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror pieces. Matthew has also run his own game studio, is a published author, and a member of Mensa, despite having never been to college, nor graduating from high school. Matthew is living proof you can still succeed in life despite great adversity.
